Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift: [AP] 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (30-minute break)
 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with facility policies and patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Monitor patient conditions by taking vital signs and observing changes.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status effectively with the healthcare team.

• Follow infection control procedures and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
